Charlize Theron has finally sold her Malibu home! Last June Charlize and her ex Stuart Townsend put their home up for rent at an extravagant $50,000 per month. Despite the stunning ocean view it seems that it didn’t go over well because in January it was listed it for sale at $7.5 Million. Apparently the real estate slump is hitting even the hottest celebrity locations because the price soon dropped to $6,995,000. Today is Charlize’s lucky day- the house finally sold- although the final selling price is unknown.
Did Charlize make the right decision selling her home? It is absolutely fabulous!!! Not like the typical celebrity mansion. It’s a mixture of a fun, chilled and modern decor. How relaxing and beautiful! I especially like the bathroom
I’d love living near the beach! I like the full bathroom a lot – two sinks and lots of accessories. The kitchen is not bad either. And to look out and see the water coming up on the beach – what could be better! I guess they needed the cash so they sold it – what choice do they have?
Its really not the usual for a celebrity. Not over the top at all! It has a kind of cozy beach look i really like.
I’m surprised she lived in such a simple home.
