All of us have at some point (although maybe unadmittingly) curled up on a Monday night and watched an episode of “The Bachelor”. OK, OK let’s not discuss the controversies of the show here, what I want to talk about is the unbelievable house it’s hosted in which is now up for sale!!! You may have been so wrapped up in the show that you didn’t even notice the incredible mansion. Decor lover that I am, it’s about all I noticed- although I’m sure none of you missed that gorgeous pool!
Now that the home is up for sale I was finally able to get some pictures of the inside. First though some interesting info. The mansion is a 200 year-old Spanish revival owned by Marshall Haraden. It is situated within the Santa Monica Mountains of Malibu. The home was restored in 2005 with materials from across the world including Mexico, India, China and Morocco. The 7,590-SF mansion has 6 bedrooms, nine baths and sits on over 10 acres of land. The main rooms used in the show (bedrooms, living room-where the infamous rose ceremony takes place, and family room) are redecorated for every show, so they may not look familiar.

Isn’t it fabulous! I love the mysterious feeling the home exudes…like a secret hideaway among mountains and vineyards. What do yo think? Let me know in the comments below.

The villa really does exude a mysterious feel, like all old homes or everything with some history. I love how the courtyard blends with the surroundings and then invites those natural colors indoors. Thanks for some awesome pics.
