Farmhouse Sinks in the Bathroom

Farmhouse sinks, also known as apron-front sinks, have been all the rage in kitchens lately. And why not? They’re durable, classically attractive, and practical. They’re not typically found in bathrooms, though, probably due to the fact that they’re trendy in kitchens (and many people don’t want a “kitchen sink” in their bathroom) and that most models are heavy-duty fireclay, requiring special cabinetry for support.

Good news! You can have a farmhouse sink in your bathroom. I happen to love the look, even more than I like it in a kitchen. And it’s now available in so many colors, materials, and styles, there’s sure to be one that’ll look great in your bathroom – it’s not limited to cottage-style homes.

Traditional bathroom? Of course it’ll fit in!

Even tropical bathrooms can get in on the fun!

I used to think that farmhouse sinks were rather limiting – after all, they’re usually white, fireclay, and fairly plain. These have introduced me to a whole new world of options!

I’d love a farmhouse sink like one of the ones above (the Hawaiian one is my favorite). How about you?
